Responsibilities
- Manage EMS Supplier companies to get the Huawei quality requirements understood and satisfied
- Monitor the quality performance of EMS Supplier companies to ensure their stable quality performance
- Identify the change of the business and plan the quality assurance process and requirements
- Execute quality audits to assess EMS Supplier sites and drive their continuous improvement
- Review, analyze and improve production and customer complained problems
Co-work with other functional departments to improve the quality continuously
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering or above
- More than 3 years of related work experience at multinational manufacturing company in relevant industries
- Good communication, presentation skills in English and Hungarian
- •Quality Cost improvement
- •ISO9001/TL9000 knowledge, audit experience
- •Good communication, presentation skills in English and Hungarian
- •Good analytical and interpersonal skills, ability to manage and positively resolve conflict
- •Act on own initiatives, be highly motivated and reliable, be able to take high responsibility
- •Can work under pressure
