Responsibilities
- Internal problem management: coordinating cross functional teams (CI), identifying root causes, overseeing the implementation of immediate, medium and long-term measures
- 8D report preparation, updating, managing the writing of reports,
- Investigate causes of rejects, define corrective actions
- Participation in customer complaint handling as a member of the CI team
- Define incoming inspection plans, requirements for in-production and final inspections, prepare, communicate and train on related instructions
- Active participation in change management process
- Initiation and follow-up of process or product deviation authorisations
- Supporting external/internal audits and trial runs
- Provide evidence (measurement report, good/bad production test piece) of nonconforming product for further action
- Preparation and updating of weekly/monthly reports
- Participate in and support other quality assurance related tasks and projects as directed by line manager
Requirements
- University or college degree in technical or mechanical engineering
- 3-5 years’ experience at automotive industry
- Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 requirements
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic Q - tools knowledge (Control Plan, FMEA, MSA, APQP, SPC, etc.)
- Strong English language knowledge is a must
- German language knowledge is advantage
