Responsibilities

Quality assurance during development and production setup of consumer electronics
Development of test lists and test cases, checklists for new and existing products
Product samples analysis and testing for quality related risks – mechanical, cosmetic, electronics and firmware/software parts
Development of product acceptance criteria documents and signing them with suppliers
Arranging product testing with related laboratories for certification, solving certification technical issues
Communication with suppliers for quality and technical specifications related questions, mitigation of quality risks and solving quality issues
Development of QC check lists and procedures for products, participation in QC activities, teaching QC team and supporting them in communications with suppliers
Conducting suppliers’ audits, providing feedback and grounded opinion regarding ability of suppliers to satisfy company quality standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electronics, computer science, hardware/software engineering, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance in consumer electronics or household equipment industries in engineering position
Practical knowledge of quality control processes for consumer products both at product development and NPI manufacturing stages
Proficiency in testing methodologies for mechanical, electronic, firmware, software and cosmetic parts
Hands on experience to perform testing and prepare reports using corresponding equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, programmable power supplies, audio analyzers, DC loads, signal generators, Bluetooth testers etc.)
Proficiency in bug tracking tools such as Jira
Fluent English communication ability
