Due to our company’s continued growth and expansion, we are recruiting a professional for the position asQuality Assurance Engineer 100%(Limited from May 1st,to January 31st, 2027)Job DescriptionPerform supplier control and management activitiesPrepare and execute various studies and reportsSupport the risk management process and associated documentation applicable to STAAR Surgical AGInitiate and lead project teams on Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) projectsPerform QMS continuous improvement activitiesDevelop and monitor performance metrics for manufacturing activitiesExecute, plan and support Internal auditsSupport external audits (in the backroom and as SME/Auditee)Lead and complete various cross-departmental projectsYour profileBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life SciencesAt least four years of experience within a Quality Assurance Department. Experience in a Medical Devices and/or in a Pharmaceutical field is mandatory.Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
