Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 (and ISO 45001 support) standards, customer requirements, and parent company internal regulations.
  • Day-to-day management of the quality department: leading, motivating and evaluating employees, as well as ensuring that budgets, projects and company goals are met.
  • Planning, operating and continuously improving quality management processes and procedures in order to reduce non-conforming products and increase efficiency.
  • Creating, reviewing, approving, and keeping up to date the documentation of the quality management system.
  • Preparing and conducting reports, KPIs, management reviews, and regular quality meetings.
  • Organizing, leading, and participating in internal and external audits (system, process, and customer audits).
  • Customer relationship management: complaint handling based on the 8D methodology, determining corrective measures, monitoring their implementation, and presenting them to customers.
  • Managing the handover of new projects and representing management on the customer side.
  • Providing the resources, tools, and consumables necessary for the operation of the quality department, as well as related administration and SAP account management.

Requirements

  • Minimum secondary school
  • Fluent English (written and oral)
  • 2 years practice in job, 5 years in automotive industry
  • Strong MS Office knowledge
  • Good communication skill
  • Driving license

Nice-to-have

  • College or university degree
  • Expertise in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP),
  • Knowledge of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA),
  • Ability to lead Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC),
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis methods (e.g., 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa Diagram),
  • Internal and external auditing experience (system, process, and product audits).
