Responsibilities

Operational support for all Pepperl+Fuchs production plants with regard to products/processes relevant to P+F Veszprém
Quality support for production lines
Initiating and processing internal complaints
Structured processing of customer complaints, verification of corrective measures
Participation in initial sample production in the event of transfers and new product launches, completion of specified checklists, uploading to the documentation system, sharing with relevant areas
Handling locks, coordinating follow-up work, coordination of stock sorting
Supporting and performing product audits as necessary
Supporting system/customer audits
Supporting relevant areas in complaint processing through structured root cause analysis
Moderating discussions related to the problem with participants from different departments

Requirements

Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, quality engineering or a similar discipline with a focus on manufacturing technology
3+ years of specialist professional experience in production organization
Good knowledge of MS Office applications and standard ERP software
Knowledge of QMS system
Experience in ESD field
Fluent English (written+spoken) is required
Native level Hungarian language skills
Expertise in problemsolving methods
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard
Good communication and presentation skills
Working in international teams
