Responsibilities
- Strong management and control of SAP system
- Strategically plan and manage purchasing
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full incoming order cycle
- Liaise and negotiate with retailers
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to purchasing
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
Requirements
- Professional:
- Expert for Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- English proficiency
- SAP Expert level knowledge, SAP R/3 especially MM, WM modules
- Min 5 years relevant experience in the same position at multinational company
- Personal:
- Commitment to the company
- Good communication skills
- Accurate, management ability
