Purchasing & Demand Planning Analyst (EMEA)
Task:
- Process Purchase Requisitions and Orders in SAP
- Update Delivery Schedules, new Order Confirmations, Shipments data from Vendors
- Maintain Material Master Data in SAP
- Maintain other background databases related to purchasing.
- Manage Demand Forecast Process together with Supply & Operational Planning Team
- Process demand related to Events, Promotions in the Planning Tool
- Provide data for weekly-, monthly-, and ad-hoc reporting
- Other tasks that support overall supply planning and demand management function, as required.
- Process Customer Orders / Customer emails for different regions in SAP
Expectation:
- Graduation in secondary school or bachelor’s degree
- Relevant work experience in Purchasing, Demand Planning, Data Entry
- Exposure to SAP, Planning & Analytic Tools like Tableau, DSX, Kinaxis would be a plus
- Multilingual skills: English, Hungarian is essential
- P.C. Knowledge (Windows, Excel, etc.)
Other:
- German/French/Dutch would be a plus
- Basic SAP Knowledge
- Exposure to Planning & Analytic Tools like Tableau, DSX, Kinaxis would be a plus
