Állás leírása

Responsibilities

  • Managing the entirety of all Property service requests from beginning to end, to include the coordination of schedules for both customers and colleagues to provide efficient logistical solutions
  • Assisting the Supervisor with all residential Make Ready responsibilities to include weekly participation in the Make Ready meeting, coordination of team schedules, communicating any related expectations to the team, and maintaining inter-operability with Housing, Residential Security, Facilities, and Motor Pool
  • Serving as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for the Gym Maintenance contract and provides primary support for the COR for Relocation Services contracts

Requirements

EXPERIENCE:  
  • Two years of progressively responsible, supply related work experience is required.
EDUCATION:
  • Completion of Secondary School is required
LANGUAGE:  
  • English: Fluent in Reading/Writing/Speaking is required. 
  • Hungarian: Fluent in Reading/Writing/Speaking is required.
