Responsibilities

Supporting communication within the project environment and actively contributing to the digitalization of work processes, including task management in MS Teams and Dalux
Maintaining, structuring, and further developing SharePoint and MS Teams environments, as well as preparing meeting minutes, decision papers, and documentation
Data management and the setup and maintenance of transparent monitoring and controlling elements, including work package profiles (TP profiles)
Scheduling, workshop, and work organization for project teams, as well as reliable tracking of project-related tasks
Active stakeholder management and networking of various project participants, including coordination of interfaces between Construction, QA, and Operations
Supporting the development of lighthouse projects and best-practice format

Requirements

Completed degree in Process Engineering, Technical Building Services (TGA), Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
Practical experience in project planning and project management of construction, refurbishment, or technical projects
Ideally, exposure to laboratory, research, or production environments in the biotechnology or chemical engineering sector
Independent, solution-oriented working style with strong methodological skills and a high level of organizational and quality awareness
Strong enthusiasm for digitalization
Very good knowledge of MS Teams and SharePoint; ideally hands-on experience with BIM systems (e.g., model checking, defect management, digital documentation)
Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and enjoyment of networking and working in a team
