Tasks

Perform and support cost calculations, data analysis, and resource planning for efficient bogie maintenance
Build and update Excel tools and databases to support project teams
Analyse maintenance intervals, component wear, and service demand with guidance from senior colleagues
Prepare service price calculations and quotations using costing templates
Assist material planning and procurement through accurate forecasting
Help develop and document standard workflows and technical procedures
Share information and coordinate with project, procurement, and technical teams

Requirements

Confident Excel user (including formulas, data analysis, and basic templates)
Fluent English (spoken and written; required for daily work); German is a bonus
Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
Good communicator and reliable team player
All academic backgrounds considered; recent graduates and those close to finishing their studies are encouraged to apply
Available to work a full 40-hour week, with flexibility to accommodate study commitments if needed

Join our Strategic Projects team as a Project Manager (Bogies) to directly support, organize, and help optimize bogie overhaul operations, working directly with our service centers (BRCCs) and cross-functional colleagues.

This job is ideal for someone ready to learn, eager to help organize processes, and comfortable using spreadsheets to analyse and solve real-world challenges. If you have strong Excel skills and speak English well, we want to hear from you!
