Responsibilities

As a global quality service provider, we are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to confidently manage operational tasks within their assigned area in Hungary, with occasional assignments in neighboring countries.

You will play a central role in the end-to-end management of service processes.

The following challenges await you:

Coordination of service processes
- Developing and implementing service processes
- Preparing and obtaining approval for work instructions and other project documents
- Performing cycle time calculations
- Creating a safe working environment for employees
- Ensuring headcount requirements, shift planning, and shift organization
- Coordinating, training, and supervising employees
- Conducting internal audits
- Providing the necessary tools and equipment for employees
Liaising with customers and suppliers
Problem-solving, complaint management
Reporting

Requirements

Minimum secondary education
Experience gained at an automotive manufacturing company
Category B driving license
High degree of flexibility in terms of location and working hours, willingness to travel
Good organizational skills
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to work under pressure (Stress tolerance)
Confident knowledge of English
Basic knowledge of quality management (8D, FMEA)

Nice-to-have

Higher education degree (University/College degree)
Experience gained at a quality service provider in a similar field
Leadership experience gained in manufacturing
