Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans with defined timelines, work packages and milestones
Act as the primary liaison between project sponsors as well as internal and external project participants
Prepare training material and execute trainings preparing employees for upcoming changes
Identify arising obstacles for the further course of the project early and completely while proactively developing mitigation strategies
Oversee user/factory acceptance tests focusing on a systematic and structured review of project scope and compliance to specification
Work closely with internal parties of the manufacturing units, with example departments being Industrial engineering, Production, Maintenance, SCM and IT

Requirements

Master's degree in Engineering or applicable training as technician or similar
At least 10 years of work experience, thereof 5 years of experience in project management context
Proficiency in planning, scoping, scheduling, tracking and controlling project lifecycles; profound abilities in performance metrics
Verifiable above-average experience in project and change management of projects with adequate scope size
Experience in budgeting and resource allocation
Confidence in dealing with third parties (e. g. vendors)
Very good in english and german (minimum C1 level)
flexibility and reactivity enabling adequate reactions to unforeseen events
result-driven mindset focusing on measurable outcomes
willingnesss for frequent international travel
