Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions within the University's IT organization
Design and implement end-to-end business process automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
Analyze and map business processes
Identify automation and process improvement opportunities across the University
Translate business requirements into Power Platform-based solutions
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage production deployments
Administer and maintain the University's service management platform (OTRS)
Support and optimize service management processes and system integrations.

Requirements

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience in business process analysis and workflow design
Experience in SQL query development and database management
Experience working directly with business stakeholders
Ability to independently manage the full solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse
Experience with Power BI
Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Experience with IT service management or ticketing systems

Personal Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Customer- and service-oriented mindset
English language proficiency is required
