Responsibilities

Operation of Power Apps and Power Automate applications within the University IT organization
Development of Power Apps and Power Automate applications designed by the IT organization
Maintenance and further development of existing applications
Identification, troubleshooting, and testing of application errors
Design and implementation of applications aligned with the IT organization’s portfolio based on new business requirements
Assessment of user needs and provision of professional support
Preparation and maintenance of up-to-date documentation
Operation and administration of the OTRS system
Management of permissions and maintenance of processes within the OTRS system
Handling and resolution of OTRS system errors
Analysis, optimization, and modification of ticketing processes
Providing user support related to OTRS usage
Maintenance of the OTRS database
Creation and optimization of SQL queries
Design and operation of data import processes
Preparation of reports and analytics based on business requirements

Requirements

Higher education degree in IT or relevant experience
Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Database management knowledge (SQL)
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and precisely
Good communication skills
Service-oriented mindset
English language proficiency is required for the role
