At our Veszprém site we are specialized in the design and production of electronic components of cars and trucks. Some years ago we expanded our business with SMT production and we opened our new Logistics Centre in 2018, with which we doubled our shop floor

 

Project Manager

  • Ensure project performance objectives are met (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery, and Timing).
  • Coordinate project launches to ensure full compliance with Valeo and customer expectations.
  • Manage customer P1/P10 projects and project changes from both the customer and Valeo (P0).
  • Drive project productivity objectives (P-30 product and development).
  • Take responsibility for the achievement of project KPIs.
  • Define project scope, secure necessary resources, and maintain control over them.
  • Validate Project Team Members’ activities and propose timing scenarios to achieve milestones.
  • Manage and coordinate all internal and customer-led project changes through the project team.
  • Escalate gaps versus targets to the appropriate management level with speed and proactivity.
  • Keep internal and external stakeholders updated on project progress.
  • Manage communication with customers and management regarding development status.
  • Prepare and validate reports on project development progress.
  • 5 years of experience in relevant position
  • Interpersonal skills to manage functional organization
  • Financial knowledge relevant to the project
  • Good presentation skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Organised and structured thinking
