Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Participation in the organization of tender implementation,
- Consultation during Construction Contract (GC),
- Analysis of the term and financial plan of GC,
- Analysis of costs,
- Making a cost analysis of the project,
- Preparation of proposals for the engagement of specialized consulting experts,- if necessary
- Advising investors,
- Active participation to obtaining conditions, certificates, consents, permits and other public law bodies...etc,
- Conducting weekly coordinations, weekly reportings,
- Proposing measures to eliminate deficiencies, - if any
- Analysis of received bids and proposal for the most favorable firm,
- candidate is (a member of professional associates relevant chambers) civil enginner, -preffered, but any other enginnering field is wellcome
- Controls of the execution of (main project, executive project , regulations,
- Participation in taking over works in all phases,
- Active Member of CROTIAN engineers chamber, with stamp and signing rights,
- Making of monthly reports for the investor with photo documentation.
- Control of the geometrical dimensions of works,
- Presence at the construction site min 30-50% the time during the execution of works, other 70-50% will be in the office,
- Makes Supervisions according state laws,
- Preparation of final any reports for works performed,
- Participations and Preparation of documentation for technical inspection,
- Inspection of the contractor's
- Participation in the technical inspection procedure,
- Following the site scheadule, analising and alarming if postponing appears,
- Participation in the HO procedure,
- Active participation in the Leed, Breem, ...etc green building certification process,
- Making quality controls,
- Communicating with ispectors ,public law bodies,
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Construction or Engineering preferred, but experience may be considered in lieu of same
- 10-15 years of high-rise civil construction experience required.
- Proven experience as construction project manager
- Functions effectively as part of a team.
- Strong written, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates good management and leadership skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- General understanding of industry
- Ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality.
