Responsibilities

Definition and leadership of IT integration strategy for banking mergers and acquisitions
Management of full lifecycle of IT integration projects from planning through post-implementation stabilization
Development of project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
Coordination of cross-functional teams including software development, infrastructure, business analysis, testing, information security, and external vendors
Collaboration with business executives, IT leadership, compliance, risk management, and program management stakeholders
Identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks related to system integration, data migration, operational continuity, and regulatory compliance
Leadership of complex migration activities including customer data, account migration, user access and permissions, Active Directory, email systems, ATM networks, and branch systems
Coordination of system integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production readiness activities
Planning and management of go-live and cutover activities including weekend or overnight deployments
Oversight of post-go-live stabilization, issue resolution, and project closure activities
Leadership of strategic integration initiatives including Core Banking migration, Internet and Mobile Banking integration, Card Systems integration, ATM network consolidation, Identity & Access Management (IAM) integration, Data Warehouse & Reporting consolidation, SAP/Financial Systems integration, and Cloud/Data Center consolidation

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
8–10+ years of IT Project Management experience including leadership of large-scale IT transformation or system integration projects
Previous experience in the banking, financial services, or insurance sector
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, application integration, and large-scale migration programs
Experience with Core Banking platforms, Digital Banking, IAM, SAP, or other enterprise systems
Proven experience with project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or hybrid delivery models
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities
Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional, and multi-vendor project teams
Willingness to support critical cutover activities during evenings or weekends
Strong experience with cloud-based technologies
