Responsibilities

End-to-end planning and management of research and development (R&D) projects
Coordination of innovation projects from concept to implementation
Leading and supporting cross-functional project teams (engineers, researchers)
Resource planning and budget management
Close collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders
Identification and mitigation of project risks
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

Degree in a technical field is a must (e.g. Electrical Engineering)
Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
Proven experience in managing R&D projects
Senior leadership experience or background in executive-level roles
Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
Strategic mindset with an innovation-driven approach
Professional working proficiency in English
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
Valid driver’s license „B”
Ambitious, proactive attitude with a drive for results
