Project Manager Outage
Secure a professional and reliable outage and inspection management to our Service Business based on broad knowledge & passion for our GT26 and GT36 gas turbines
Your tasks
Lead international overhaul and inspection project for combined cycle power plants
Ensure best-in-class results during project preparation, execution and close out phase
Take responsibility for a dedicated project control in terms of time, cost and quality
Make sure that all work is performed according to Environmental Health & Safety-, Quality-, and schedule requirements
Set tasks and priorities including deadlines for the team
Monitor project execution performance, review targets in terms of time, cost and quality
Ensure closing of feedback loop after inspections and overhauls
Ensure an optimum deployment of assigned resources
Work in close cooperation with other Ansaldo departments, local Services Centers, field service personnel, suppliers and clients.
Your profile
Degree in engineering and a skilled educational or professional background relevant to the power plant business with a high level of empathy to GT power plants
Minimum three years of experience in the field of construction, commissioning or service of Combined Cycle power plants
Excellent management skills, planning and budgeting
Knowledge of gas turbines and combined cycle power plants
Customer service oriented with good negotiation, communication and presentation skills
Motivating, reliable & goal-oriented team leader with the ability to handle conflicts proactively
Being flexible and able to work under pressure
Willingness to travel worldwide, whenever required (up to 10% of the time)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent command of English, German is an advantage, further knowledge of Italian and French would be an asset.
