Investment Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Project Management Division as an Investment Project Manager.

Purpose of the Position:
The Investment Project Manager will play a key role in the execution and management of a large-scale industrial project of strategic importance to Óbuda Group, including coordinating project team members, subcontractors, and client representatives involved in the project.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Professional management of large-scale construction projects from initiation through completion
• Leading and supervising a project team of 3–5 members
• Preparation of proposals, contracts, and project plans
• Cost and resource management
• Liaising with clients and subcontractors
• Conducting professional consultations and meetings
• Coordinating various engineering disciplines

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant professional experience in project management and project execution
• Proven leadership experience
• Business-level English proficiency, native Hungarian
• Confident user-level knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Category B driving licence
• Willingness to travel and support projects in rural locations

• Business-level German language proficiency
• Experience using MS Project
