For 75 years, we have been active in over 75 countries and also successfully support our clients in Switzerland in achieving their goals and implementing their projects.For our client in the Basel area, we are looking for a: Project Manager Labeling (m/f/d)Your Responsibilities:Planning, coordination and management of labeling projects in the context of clinical studiesAlignment of all project-relevant information with internal departments and external clientsCreation, review and approval of label specifications, label proofs and printing documentation in internal systemsEnsuring complete and well-structured project documentation (filing, tracking, status reports)Monitoring of project milestones, timelines, capacities and critical pathsProviding regular updates to clients and internal stakeholdersEnsuring the on-time availability of all materials required for study start-upCoordination of shipment activities with internal logisticsRecording, processing and follow-up of deviations within the quality management systemSupporting other project managers and coaching Associate Project ManagersResponsibility for quote evaluations and financial project forecastingApplication of GMP and quality standards in all relevant areasYour Profile:Completed higher education or university degree, ideally in a scientific or health-related field2-3 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, MedTech, supply chain, clinical studies)Experience with technical documentation such as labels or packaging materials is an advantageExcellent organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects in parallelStrong customer and service orientation combined with a structured, precise working styleOutstanding communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and international clientsProficient user of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with project management or CRM tools is desirableInitial experience in quality management (e.g., deviations, audits, GMP) is an advantageWillingness to familiarize yourself with internal systems and take on responsibility in a dynamic environmentUnsatisfied, underchallenged, or ready for something new?What are you waiting for?
