Responsibilities

WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS IN THIS ROLE?

  • Managing deadlines across engineering, production, procurement, and installation
  • Coordinating project-specific procurement activities within engineering and production
  • Monitoring and supervising technical progress, including installation and commissioning
  • Controlling procurement and costs for materials and services
  • Developing and implementing quality plans tailored to each project
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and supplier quality standards
  • Facilitating effective communication and information flow within the project team and with customers
  • Preparing essential project documentation such as risk analyses, calculations, design verifications, and manuals

WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR THIS ROLE?

  • A BSc or MSc degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally in a relate field
  • A proven track record in successful project management
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Flexibility regarding working hours, deadlines, and travel requirements
  • German and English language skills at a professional international level
  • CH/EWR/EU nationality or residency permit within EU/CH
