Responsibilities

Project management and scheduling of large-scale infrastructure projects with focus on schedule, cost, and quality
Stakeholder management including coordination of interdisciplinary teams and management of interfaces between clients, authorities, and service providers
Use and further development of digital project management tools for efficient steering and documentation
Preparation of status reports, organization of workshops and meetings, and maintenance of transparent communication with all stakeholders

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
Initial experience in project management or project scheduling, ideally within infrastructure or energy projects
Knowledge of project management standards
Strong organizational skills and structured, reliable working style
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Willingness to travel occasionally

Nice-to-have

Experience with large-scale energy infrastructure projects, Hands-on knowledge of modern scheduling tools such as Primavera and MS Project
