Responsibilities

Plan, control, and monitor large-scale infrastructure projects with a focus on schedule, cost, and quality
Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and manage interfaces between clients, authorities, and service providers
Use and further develop digital project management tools to ensure efficient steering and documentation
Prepare status reports, organize workshops and meetings, and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
Initial experience in project management or project scheduling, ideally within infrastructure or energy projects
Knowledge of project management standards (IPMA, PMP) and digital PM tools
Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable working style
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Willingness to travel occasionally

Nice-to-have

Experience with large-scale energy infrastructure projects, Hands-on knowledge of modern scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
