Responsibilities

Where You Make An Impact:

Drive the development and implementation of product management strategies and processes
Manage and continuously improve the product and portfolio lifecycle
Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects, especially at key interfaces between product management, procurement, and other departments
Analyze, design, and optimize business processes, including the introduction of new process frameworks
Collaborate closely with internal and international stakeholders to ensure efficient and scalable operations
Support the strategic development of the product area, aligning with market trends and business objectives

Requirements

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:

University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a comparable field
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a B2B or retail environment
Solid understanding of category management and procurement processes, combined with hands-on experience using project management methodologies
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, paired with analytical and strategic thinking, assertiveness, and a structured problem-solving approach
Fluent in English; German is a strong asset
