Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor project deliverables from initiation to closure
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews

Requirements

Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (preferred sectors: courier, parcel, logistics)
3+ years of project management experience
Leadership experience managing teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in office and project management tools (Mondaycom, Jira, Confluence)
Very good written and verbal communication abilities, both in English and Hungarian
Excellent internal and external communication and leadership skills
