Project Manager (F/M/D)

• Coordinating and Managing Strategic Projects: Planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects to achieve the division's long-term goals.
• Managing and Executing New Customer Orders and Projects.
• Coordinating Transfer Projects: Overseeing transfer projects due to internal optimization, ensuring smooth execution of processes, including adherence to resource allocation and timelines.
• Successful Project Completion within Time and Budget: Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget constraints. Define project objectives, deliverables, and key milestones. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction and support.
• Maintain adherence to Company policies, safety/ergonomic standards and good housekeeping practices.

• Possesses a higher education degree (BSc/MSc) in a relevant field.
• Negotiation-level English skills are essential; proficiency in German is an advantage.
• 2 years minimum Project management experience in a manufacturing environment
• High level of independence, decisiveness, and initiative.
• Excellent coordination skills for project alignment.
• Strong understanding of the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process.
• Ability to de-escalate critical situations with both internal and external customers.
• Experience collaborating with automotive customers and vendors.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to track progress, request information, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Strategic thinking capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, customers and suppliers.
