Responsibilities

Leading end-to-end IT software development and integration projects from planning to delivery
Coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners for smooth execution
Managing timelines, budgets, risks, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Organizing and facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and steering committees
Maintaining clear project documentation and providing regular progress updates

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing IT projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Software Development, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with tools like MS Project and Jira
Basic understanding of development frameworks, UX/UI, version control, budgeting, and KPI
Confident communication in both Hungarian and English, including presenting to senior stakeholders
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
High organization, solution-focused approach, and comfort managing multiple priorities

Nice-to-have

Experience with RDI or UI/UX-related projects
PMP, PRINCE2 or other relevant certifications
Experience working on international or cross-border projects
