Responsibilities

Definition of project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements in collaboration with global stakeholders
Development, maintenance, and execution of detailed project plans
Management of multi-tier M&A projects or workstreams concurrently
Monitoring and controlling scope, schedule, cost, and quality
Identification, tracking, and mitigation of project risks and issues
Facilitation of project meetings, maintenance of documentation, and ensuring governance compliance
Provision of regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders
Collaboration with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements
Support of project gate reviews and escalation of issues when appropriate
Ensuring adherence to IT governance, information security, and regulatory requirements
Utilization of project portfolio management (PPM) tools and dashboards for tracking and reporting
Working effectively with globally distributed teams across EMEA, APAC, and US regions

Requirements

Expertise in project scope, timeline, budget, and resource management
Proficiency with project management tools (Planview, JIRA, Microsoft Project)
Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and quality management systems
Demonstrated ability to guide and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience in stakeholder management and executive-level communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
Consistent record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Experience with enterprise software implementations and integrations (SAP and bolt-ons)
Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
5+ years of experience in IT project management or related IT delivery roles
Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP/JDE), CRM (SFDC), or similar platforms
Experience supporting global or cross-functional teams

Nice-to-have

Experience with M&A project implementation (divestment, acquisition), Experience with regulatory compliance (GxP, ISO)
