Responsibilities

Full management of construction and renovation projects
Coordination of architects, designers, suppliers, and contractors
Control of timelines, budgets, and quality
Communication with clients and partners
Organization of on-site operations
Preparation of project schedules
Supervision of material deliveries
Participation in project handover

Requirements

Experience in construction project management
Strong understanding of construction processes
Organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
English language is mandatory
Additional languages are an advantage

Nice-to-have

Experience with European projects
Knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, Trello, or Notion
Experience in premium residential or commercial projects
