Main tasks and responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution, ensuring deadlines, scope, and budgets are met
Prioritise and track development tasks in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams
Document and communicate project requirements clearly
Manage the project backlog and ensure efficient workflow
Monitor risks and proactively address roadblocks
Facilitate Agile ceremonies if applicable (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Ensure quality assurance processes are followed and deliverables meet requirements

Experience and requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in project management or a similar role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Strong verbal and written skills in English
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g.: JIRA, Miro)
Strong problem-solving skills and risk management abilities
