We are looking for an ideal candidate
for our Engineering Department as
Project Manager.

Key accountabilities:
- Coordinate the work of a team including project engineers and project executives in terms of project planning execution and evaluation from both technical and financial perspectives.
- Daily and weekly direction setting to the respective project team.
- Work together with work-stream leaders to manage parallel initiatives, projects and resources within agreed cost, quality, time and scope.
- To collect, analyse and evaluate all incoming factory relevant change requests and demanded projects by local regional and global teams.
- To be actively involved in managing project related CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) budget throughout the year focusing on the given year’s financial planning periods.
- Giving project summary weekly updates to Engineering Manager to local Top Team and to Regional Engineering.
- Negotiation with external OEMs, suppliers and any project related third parties to meet on time in full delivery in all respective projects.
- Managing own projects in case project engineer resources are limited

- Higher education

- Fluency in English is essential

- People management skills
- Good communication skills
- User level computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
