Responsibilities

Leading teams to develop System IP like Interconnect, memory management, DMA, and media
Guiding engineering projects from start to finish
Ensuring products are delivered on time
Ensuring products meet quality standards
Ensuring products conform to specifications
Effective communication
Planning
Scheduling
Tracking and monitoring
Resource allocation
Budget management
Issue and risk management
Organisational change management
Management of dependencies
Delivering high quality products to committed schedules

Requirements

Knowledge of microelectronics
Knowledge of intellectual property development flow and integration
Experience within the semiconductor industry
Experience with hardware and Soft IP development lifecycle methods
Experience in building plans from a high level to a detailed schedule
Determination of how to take care of uncertainty and generate effective metrics for supervising
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence
University degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience

Nice-to-have

Ability to lead team members through personal leadership and clear project goals
Ability to connect with highly skilled engineering teams and partners
Pro-active and pragmatic problem-solving
Formal project management qualification (e.g. PMP)
Strong attention to detail
