Responsibilities

The main responsibility will be to support the Transition project team with the following tasks:

Assist the project managers with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Consolidation of Excel-based information to ensure continuous project resource allocation process
Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
Update and possibly improve existing reports to support decision-making
Create presentations with the help of the transition portfolio expert

Requirements

Ongoing university studies in Hungary (Preferably 1 year left with student status)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
Upper-intermediate English language knowledge or better
Precision, reliability and pro-active personality
Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
Basic understanding of project methodology
