Responsibilities

We've launched our operations in Budapest in 2025 — starting small, but driven by big ambitions and a clear vision for growth. We’re committed to building a team of exceptional talented individuals who see environmental protection, innovation, and sustainability as inseparable values.

Your impact in this role:

Lead discipline engineers to initiate, collaborate, and complete engineering design tasks.
Review design and shop drawings from Hungarian and international engineering designers or vendors, ensuring full compliance with Hungarian and EU codes and regulations.
Manage relationships with clients and/or government authorities and coordinate all permitting activities related to engineering and construction projects.
Liaise with the corporate R&D center regarding patent applications and other intellectual property protection plans.
Provide daily construction support, including drawing reviews, technical clarifications, material specifications, and problem-solving.
Prepare and monitor man-hour estimates and project progress tracking.
Cooperate with the Sales Department in marketing and business development activities, including presentations, client visits, and roadshows.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of engineering design experience in petrochemical, or battery manufacturing or fine chemical industries.
Extensive experiences in Cleanroom & Dry room designs, and/or condensation, adsorption and/or distillation process & techniques
At least 2 years of experience as a team leader in an engineering environment.
Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with Hungarian / EU engineering standards and engineering software.
Fluent in English and/or Hungarian (both written and spoken).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple disciplines.
Certified Engineer in Hungary or other EU countries
