Feladatok

Design and development of machine and line control systems in response to new products or manufacturing process requirements
Improvement or modification of existing equipment or processes
Project study, calculations and concept design plus detail design and documentation of machine and line control systems
Provision of technical guidance and support for manufacturing facilities on machine and process control systems
Preparation of control system and equipment specifications and ordering of equipment
Project coordination and assistance with installation and troubleshooting
Evaluation of existing equipment and layout regarding productivity, flow, energy efficiency and safety
Preparation and implementation of proposals for improvements
Maintenance of complete and accurate documentation in accordance with procedures and machine directives
Monitoring and driving vendors and customers to ensure progress, deliverables and sound practices
Monitoring and maintaining current engineering knowledge in developing technologies and practices
Adherence to safety, health and environmental policies
Performance of other assigned duties

Elvárások

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Strong PLC and HMI programming skills
Practical knowledge on pneumatics, hydraulics, servo systems, robotics
Experience in design of machine control systems hardware and software
General engineering knowledge electrical and mechanical and experience in manufacturing
Strong computer skills including PLC and HMI programming, Eplan and Acad or equivalent and project-organization skills
Coaching and mentoring skills
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and application in own work area
Proactive work on improvements
Good knowledge of English language
Knowledge and practical application skills of machine directive and machine safety regulations
Documentation of design and reporting
