Responsibilities

Support and execute international projects in the oil & gas sector, taking responsibility for assigned project phases, sub-projects or work packages
Support and coordinate cross-functional project teams (engineering, quality, procurement, logistics)
Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
Develop and maintain project schedules and provide regular progress reports to customers
Organize and manage Kick-Off Meetings (KOM), Project Initiation Meetings (PIM), and ongoing project meetings
Oversee the activities of packagers and logistics, ensuring timely delivery and necessary permits
Participate in final inspections with the Quality and Technical departments
Manage post-delivery activities, including resolving punch list items and non-conformities
Handle customer claims through successful commissioning

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field; recognized project management certification is a plus
First professional experience in project engineering, project coordination or similar roles, ideally in manufacturing, oil & gas, power plant construction or a comparable industry
Project management skills and experience in leading international projects in the oil and gas sector
Familiarity with rotating machinery, pump and compressor systems is advantageous
Fluency in English is required; German and Arabic language skills are a plus
Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent analytical and project management skills and the ability to influence and lead teams across different regions
Willingness to travel international
