Állás leírása
Responsibilities
• Building relationships with architects and property developers
• Specifying our solutions for construction projects
• Presentation of our systems and solutions for architects and property developers
• Technical advisory for architect studios
• Cooperation with our local sales support engineers and Polish technical department to prepare the required solutions in a timely manner
• Participation in project cooperation meetings, representation of the interest of the company
• Active participation in the promotion of products offered by the company (presentations, conferences, events, trade fairs)
• Proactively seeking for new business opportunities, doing the qualification and follow up of the identified projects
• Collect, organize and update project information in Salesforce
• Project handover to sales between design and tender phase

Requirements
• University or college degree in engineering; civil engineer / architect / mechanical engineer degree
• Preferably 2 year experience in specifying aluminum door, window, façade systems and solutions for the construction industry
• Experience in consultative selling
• Active business network with the stakeholders in the construction industry (architects, investors, general contractors)
• Software knowledge of ArchiCAD, Revit, AutoCAD; MS Office; Salesforce
• Result oriented, proactive personality
• Willingness to frequently travel
• Advanced English both written and spoken
• Preferably 2 year experience in specifying aluminum door, window, façade systems and solutions for the construction industry
