Project coordinator

Our partner, the first independent expert in the international automation and IT market, with more than 10 years of experience in the programming sector and a professionally and motivationally selected network of specialists, is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the continued development of its complex service activities and meet increasing market demand.

• Providing operational support to the Managing Director
• Maintaining contact with Hungarian and international business partners
• Maintaining contact with potential and contracted professionals
• Establishing contact with new clients and professionals
• Monitoring ongoing projects, handling project administration and coordinating related background activities
• Managing databases and preparing quotations
• Participating in meetings and presentations assigned by the Managing Director
• Preparing summaries, reports and analyses

• Minimum secondary education
• Confident, active English skills, both written and spoken, suitable for daily business use
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
• Fast learning ability and a structured, systems-oriented mindset
• Ability to accurately manage and prioritise multiple parallel tasks
• Independent and reliable working style
• Professional business communication and appearance
• Occasional travel abroad

• Experience in a multinational or large corporate environment
• Practical experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Knowledge of the automotive and electronics industries
• German language skills
• Technical affinity or qualification in electrical engineering / mechatronics
• B2B sales experience
• On-site commissioning experience
