What binds us together is our passion for excellence, our dedication to our mission of improving patient care, and our understanding that we are stronger together: we are one AO.For more information, visit: /Project Coordinator Event Specialist & Regional Research (ID1925)Main ResponsibilitiesEvent SpecialistSupport assigned educational events in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH)Provide operational and administrative support for all related educational event activities and update activities in the event management systemManage event participants for assigned educational eventsSupport the event execution on-site together with the Event Owner or other team membersManage the collaboration with local agencies, suppliers and industry partnersHandle supplier invoices, control payment and monitor P&L reportingManage CME accreditation and compliance approvals of selected eventsResearch CoordinatorCoordinate regional research activities for all Clinical Specialties such as research fellowships, grants and awardsManage internal and external communication for relevant research projectsPrepare contracts and process invoices related to research fellowships and grantsManage regional research budgets in close collaboration with the regional managersEnsure proper storage and archiving of regional research documentsMain RequirementsDegree in relevant field (e.g., hospitality, event management, public relations, communications, marketing) or higher Education "Fachausweis"Proven track record of professional experience in event organization or project management (2-3 years) ideally in a medical environmentStrong organizational-, project- and event management skillsGood communication skills and ability to build and maintain relations with Health Care Professional at all levels and broader stakeholdersGood problem solving and strong analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize taskFluency in English and German is a mustThis is a temporary role (maternity replacement) for one yearAn interesting and varied job in an exciting and innovative organizationThe opportunity to be part of a highly committed international teamModern infrastructureHigh degree of flexibility regarding working hours and location (depending on operational requirements)Generous pagacke of social benefits, including supplementary vacation days and pension scheme contributionsInternal skills training opportunities and support for continued education jid7488b99pn jit0209pn jiy26pn
