The Project Execution Team execute a portfolio of projects, interacting and coordinating multiple stakeholders (internal & external) to deliver customer projects. As Project Controlling Lead Analyst you will implement systematic risk management practices, design a lean review and reporting system for project performance & the Project Execution Team.

Further responsibilities include:

  • Actively contribute to identify, quantify and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal support from organization (finance, legal..) to address identified commercial exposure.
  • Contribute to design operational and contractual mitigation plans during tendering and project execution phases.
  • Support tendering team to design project work breakdown structure to be able able to book project in ERP aiming to optimize revenue timing.
  • Support project execution teams to identify and quantify scope/commercial deviations.
  • Support project teams to deal with change orders towards customer, 3rd party provider and subcontractor.
  • Bachelor degree from accredited university, Finance studies are preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis (US GAAP, IFRS), controlling, project performance and project support.
  • 5-7 years of customer projects experience, preferably from construction, manufacturing, automotive on related industries is a big plus.
  • Knowledge in project financial planning, performance monitoring, or forecasting and reporting is preferred.
  • Ability to translate various stakeholder needs and analytics into negotiation position towards customer and suppliers.
  • Good oral and written communication and presentation skills in English (knowledge of German and French is a plus).
  • Continuous improvement mindset focusing on short term actions (Six Sigma Green Belt is a nice to have).
  • Strong analytical skills, willingness to learn financial and business modelling.
