Responsibilities
Huawei Hungary is growing! As a result, we're hiring a Project Control Manager to join our well established team in the heart of Budapest. The successful candidate will be the point of contact between customer and internal support team and the L1 escalation point in support and maintenance.
Please note that this is an on-site position with 5 days in the office!

In this role you will provide:
- Ticketing Support
- Single point of contact between customer and internal support team
- Acting as a L1 escalation point in support and maintenance
- Follow up the ticketing progress and take responsibility to ensure the SLA fulfillment
- Provide accurate and timely report about the ticket statistics
- RMA handling
- Control the warehouses inventory to fulfill the replacement demand of the failure hardware
- Responsible to ensure to fit the SLA targets in case of hardware replacement
- Provide accurate and timely report of the inventory and open tickets status
- Logistics
- Ensuring the rollout team & subcontractors have the required materials when needed
- Project Management
- Responsible for detailed rollout project plan and that accuracy
- Responsible for project related site implementation-based quality assurance processes and SLA
- Manage the project related internal delivery IT system including the site database, delivery structure
- Manage the project finance related tasks
- Provide accurate and timely reports of the project delivery
Requirements
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
- 1-3 years job experiences in large-scale environment.
- Good MS Office usage experience.
- Basic understanding on Project Management importance and techniques.
- Basic understanding about Cloud Technologies, IP knowledge.
- Basic knowledge about fixed and/or mobile transportation equipment like DWDM, Switches, Microwave or Antenna.
- Basic understanding of Data Center infrastructure.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills are advantage.
