Feladatok

Full-time position with primary work on construction sites
Main work locations are project sites across different regions of Hungary
Occasional international (European) project work may occur – not mandatory, but an advantage
Presence in the Budapest office is required only occasionally (for administrative tasks or coordination)
Full management of cleanroom projects and supervision of on-site construction activities
Active involvement in project preparation, supporting planning and initiation phases
Managing and supervising day-to-day construction processes, making operative decisions, and ensuring performance
Time and financial scheduling of projects, resource planning
Ensuring project completion within contractual deadlines and budget
Continuous communication with clients, designers, subcontractors, and authorities
Regular technical meetings and coordination with colleagues from the parent company in English
Coordination of all project-related activities, managing subcontractor and supplier performance approvals
Financial follow-up of projects and preparation of closing financial reports
Handling maintenance and warranty processes for completed cleanroom projects

Elvárások

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management or similar construction-related roles
University degree in civil engineering or architecture
Proactive, independent, and precise working style
Ability to lead and coordinate operational teams from multiple disciplines
Problem-solving mindset and strong team-player attitude
Category B driving licence
Confident English communication skills, both spoken and written (daily communication with the parent company)
Willingness to travel for extended periods within Hungary and Europe
