Responsibilities

Developing and executing local market growth strategies
Assisting in training and development of program staff
Promoting language study abroad programs
Maintaining a high-volume of outbound tele-promotion calls daily to potential students
Representing EF Language Abroad at fairs and universities to meet prospective students
Building strong relationships with global and diverse promotion and campus teams

Requirements

Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Full fluency in Hungarian (reading, writing, speaking)
Full working rights in Hungary
Detail-oriented attitude with a ‘can-do’ approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3+ years’ experience in customer service and/or telemarketing
Degree in a relevant field (Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline) or equivalent work experience

Nice-to-have

Experience living, working, or studying abroad
Additional language skills
