PROGRAM MANAGER
What You’ll Do
•You will lead Project Teams to achieve automotive development project's objectives and ensure that the project is completed on time, quality and budget
•You will represent Gentherm Project interests in front of the Customer (OEM, Tier 1 suppliers), and represent Customer Project interests within Gentherm
•You will do project planning, executing, monitoring and control
•You will identify and proactively manage project risks and obstacles
•You will ensure effective project escalation flow
•You will implement and apply APQP principles during product development
•You will be first contact point for our Customers and have a direct impact of the future of automotive industry
•You will have to communicate with various teams from around the globe regarding our broad project portfolio
•If it is in line with Gentherm’s and/or Customers’ interests, you can travel the whole world with us
What You’ll Bring
•College or University degree (preferable Engineering)
•3-5 years relevant professional experience in Automotive or similar production industry is a must (electronics content projects is an advantage)
•Participation in projects and experience in coordination of cross-functional teams
•Experience in communication and management of External customers
•Knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
•Strong English and German language knowledge even during critical situations, negotiations
•Excellent organization skills
•Excellent communication skills (Self-confident, presentation skills, ability to convince others)
•Information-sharing ability
•Ability to collaborate
•Ability to resolve conflicts and manage stress and even keep your high level of performance under pressure by staying calm in critical situation.
