Responsibilities

A projektek tervezésének, ütemezésének és végrehajtásának támogatása
A csapat tagjai, valamint az ügyfelek és más érintettek közötti kommunikáció koordinálása
A projekt előrehaladásának nyomon követése, a lehetséges problémák proaktív kezelése
Pontos projekt-dokumentáció és jelentések vezetése
Feladatok hatékony priorizálása, határidők betartása
A csapat támogatása adminisztratív és szervezési feladatokban
A projekt végrehajtása során felmerülő problémák azonosítása és megoldása
Hatékony együttműködés a különböző osztályokkal a zökkenőmentes munkafolyamatok biztosítása érdekében

Requirements

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Capacity to handle stress and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Strong teamwork ability with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
High level of attention to detail and precision in work.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Intermediate written and spoken English proficiency.
Relevant experience in project coordination or a similar role is an advantage.
Experience from production enviroment

Nice-to-have

Experience in project management tools/software.
Relevant education.
Additional language skills.
