Responsibilities

Establish and manage production processes and teams for the new plant
Lead the installation, commissioning, and optimization of production lines (injection molding, surface coating, assembly)
Oversee daily production activities to meet volume, quality, and efficiency targets
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, 5S)
Build, train, and lead a high-performing production team (supervisors and operators)
Collaborate closely with Quality, Engineering, and Logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Support the implementation of ERP and production management systems (e.g., SAP)

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within the automotive industry (Tier 1 or Tier 2)
Proven experience in new production line launches and ramp-up management
Fluent English (spoken and written) – daily working language
Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-have

Experience in a manufacturing industry.
