Responsibilities
- Investigate and diagnose product issues.
- Product claim management (internal / external)
- Incident management, contacting and coordinating with other teams/areas to solve them.
- create and maintain documentation that outlines product usage instructions.
- collaborate with other teams within the company.
- Compliance with ISO 9001 requirements
- Verification of production information, action in case of discrepancies
- Processing and preparation of data required for production.
- Provision of documentation necessary for production
Requirements
- Familiarity with Change Management, Incident Management, Release Management
- Problem management and request Management
- Detail oriented; problem solving skills
- Have excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to run time management and prioritization
- Good communication skills in both Hungarian and English
- Independent, reliable, precise work
- Willingness to work extraordinarily
