Responsibilities

• Provide daily production support for the EV motor stator manufacturing line
• Monitor and track daily production KPIs (output, efficiency, scrap, downtime, etc.)
• Detect deviations from targets and support root cause analysis
• Support and lead cycle time improvement projects
• Prepare, maintain, and continuously improve work instructions
• Support quality improvement activities in production
• Create, maintain, and update Control Plans
• Create, maintain, and update Process FMEA (PFMEA)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects

Requirements

• Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related field) – junior candidates are welcome
• Preferably some experience in automotive manufacturing
• Basic knowledge of:
• Control Plans
• Process FMEA (PFMEA)
• Understanding of production KPIs and manufacturing processes
• Structured, analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to learn and develop in a high-volume automotive environment

Nice-to-have

• Experience in electric motor or stator manufacturing
• Experience in cycle time optimization or lean manufacturing
• Familiarity with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949)
